Cook County Higher Education hosts a webinar on native Minnesotan plants on Thursday, June 20 from 6 to 7 pm.  Minnesota Sea Grant’s Jessy Carlson and John Bly of Metro Blooms will lead the webinar. The webinar will cover the process of making a native garden species list, including 1) clarifying your project goals 2) identifying site conditions, which will determine your species list, and 3) introduce an online, Minnesota-specific, species selection tool (Plant Finder) that can provide you with a species list tailored for your project and your site.
