Myers appointed ISD 166 acting superintendent

School District 166 held a special board meeting on Tuesday, September 8 to address the need for a leave of absence for Superintendent Dr. Bill Crandall. Dr. Crandall will need to be away from his duties until at least November 1. In the meantime, ISD 166 needs someone to serve as acting superintendent. At the Tuesday meeting, the school board appointed Principal Megan Myers to that role.

WTIP’s Rhonda Silence spoke with Myers about this temporary appointment and other matters from the Tuesday meeting including an update on the child care/student support services being offered at the school for state-designated essential workers.
