New owners for the Clearview “Downtown Lutsen” complex

WTIP recently spoke with one of the co-owners of an anchor business in “downtown Lutsen.” Chris Homyak and his wife, Flavia, are the new owners of not just Clearview General Store, but the entire building, which houses several other enterprises and apartments.
