Dr. Alexis Grinde is a Research Program Manager and Wildlife Ecologist with the Natural Resources Research Institute at University of Minnesota, Duluth. She spoke with WTIP’s CJ Heithoff about the MOTUS tracking system that has receiving antennas in many states and countries, including here in Cook County.
