Grand Marais Al-Anon Meetings

Monday Night Al-Anon will meet Mondays, at 7 pm at the First Congregational Church in Grand Marais.

Schroeder Township meeting

The regular Schroeder Township Board of Supervisors meeting is held on the second Tuesday of the month at the Schroeder Town Hall at 7 pm.  More information at schroedertownship.com.

Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners

The Cook County Board of Commissioners meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Room.

Cook County West End Alanon

The West End Alanon family Group meets each Wednesday at 7 pm at the Lutsen Town Hall.  Alanon is a group that supports friends and family members of alcoholics.  The group welcomes anyone who has been affected by a friend or family member who has a problem with alcohol.

Northern Lotus Meditation

Northern Lotus Meditation takes place on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 pm, with instruction in meditation and room manners at 6:45 pm, at Two Birds Healing Arts Center in Grand Marais.

Grand Marais Farmer's Market

The Grand Marais Farmer’s Market is held on Thursdays from 4:30 to 6 pm at the Cook County Community Center Parking Lot.

Finland Farmers Market

The Finland Farmers Market is held on Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 pm at the Clair Nelson Center pavilions.

Tofte Township meeting

The Tofte Township Board of Supervisors meets on the second Thursday of each month at the Tofte Town Hall at 7 pm. More information at toftemn.com.

Cook County Market

The Cook County Market is held on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm at The Hub parking lot.  The market features local arts, artists, and artisans.  More information by searching Cook County Market on Facebook.

WTIP Scenic Route Music Series Presents Charlie Parr

The WTIP Scenic Route Music Series welcomes Blues/R&B guitarist Charlie Parr on Saturday, September 12th at 6:30 pm at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts in Grand Marais. Local instrumentalist Adam Kirsch will open with a short set. Admission is free. Ticket reservations are required prior to the performance due to limited seating. To reserve seats, please click here
