Cook County Soil and Water Conservation District and the City of Grand Marais invite everyone to join in on a Garbage Pick Up to celebrate Earth Day and Arbor Day on Friday, April 24, from 2 to 4 pm. Meet at Harbor/Bear Tree Park or the Cook County Courthouse for bags or buckets.

The Shepherds Reach Recovery Ministry is hosting open meetings for AA, NA, and ALANON on Friday nights at 6 PM at Cornerstone Community Church. When the weather permits, bonfires will follow the meetings. Open to all.
Cook County for Palestine is hosting a two-part presentation on life in Palestine before 1948 by Cook County resident Dr. Muain Haseeb at Cook County Higher Education.
