The Grand Marais Farmers Market is held on Thursdays from 4:30 to 6 pm at the Cook County Community Center Parking Lot. The market is operated as a partnership between the Northwoods Food Project, the Cook County Community Center, and Cook County U of MN Extension.
The Finland Farmers Market is held on Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 pm at the Clair Nelson Center pavilions.
The Tofte Township Board of Supervisors meets on the second Thursday of each month at the Tofte Town Hall at 7 pm. More information at toftemn.com.

The WTIP Scenic Route Music Series welcomes Blues/R&B guitarist Charlie Parr on Saturday, September 12th at 6:30 pm at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts in Grand Marais. Local instrumentalist Adam Kirsch will open with a short set. Admission is free. Ticket reservations are required prior to the performance due to limited seating. To reserve seats, please click here.
Weekly nature presentations are held on the front porch of Chik-Wauk Museum (in case of inclement weather, the presentations will be held indoors at the Nature Center) on Mondays at 1 pm. All are welcome.

The Happy Hikers organize a weekly hike on Tuesdays at 9 am. The September 15 hike will be at Moss Lake.
