WTIP explores the 2023 Holiday Harbor Village festivities

The WTIP news and media team ventured into the festive scene of downtown Grand Marais during the recent Holiday Harbor Village event on December 1 and 2. On Friday, WTIP visited with Martha Williams, a goat yoga instructor and a handful of her cute four-legged friends. Later in the day, the team checked in with the owners of the Sisu + Löyly mobile sauna in the Grand Marais harbor. On Saturday, WTIP filmed an impromptu performance on handmade cigar box guitar by Adam Kirsch, interviewed Sawtooth Racing’s Matt Schmidt about their training for the Iditarod, spent time with Eric Humphrey learning the best way to skip rocks, and finally talked with Katie Slanga about the frozen fish toss closing out the eventful weekend.
