Monday Night Al-Anon will meet Mondays, at 7 pm at the First Congregational Church in Grand Marais.
Happy Hikers
The Happy Hikers organize a weekly hike on Tuesdays at 9 am. The August 18 hike will be Caribou Falls (SHT from Sugarloaf Road). The group will meet at the Gitchi-Gami Bike State Trail Parking Lot on Highway 61 and Ski Hill Road to carpool, or meet at the trailhead. More information is available on the Happy Hikers – Cook Co. First Congregational Church Presents: The Jumpin' Jehosafats
The First Congregational United Church is hosting a concert featuring The Jumpin’ Jehosafats – playing a variety of traditional jazz standards and Gospel. The concert is set for Wednesday, August 19 at 5 PM at the First Congregational Church. Donations benefit the Food Shelf.
Cook County West End Alanon
The West End Alanon family Group meets each Wednesday at 7 pm at the Lutsen Town Hall. Alanon is a group that supports friends and family members of alcoholics. The group welcomes anyone who has been affected by a friend or family member who has a problem with alcohol.
Northern Lotus Meditation
Northern Lotus Meditation takes place on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 pm, with instruction in meditation and room manners at 6:45 pm, at Two Birds Healing Arts Center in Grand Marais.
Dockside Sessions - Bad Bad Hats
The North Shore Music Association, North House Folk School, and WTIP North Shore Community Radio are organizing the inaugural Dockside Sessions, a new series of free outdoor concerts taking place on the first three Wednesdays in August at 7:30 p.m. on the North House Folk School Commons.

Bird Banding Demonstrations
