Northern Lotus Meditation takes place on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 pm, with instruction in meditation and room manners at 6:45 pm, at Two Birds Healing Arts Center in Grand Marais.
The Cook County Age Friendly Initiative continues its series of information and celebration gatherings throughout Cook County on Thursday, June 18 at 10:30 am at the Schaap Community Center.
Care Partners of Cook County’s Memory Café meets on the third Thursday of each month, from 1-2:30 pm at The Hub. A Memory Café is a casual gathering where people with memory loss and the family or friends who care for them can come together in a safe, supportive, relaxed environment.

Joy & Co. hosts Art Counter Projects on Thursdays from 3 to 4:30 pm. The activities are a self-guided adventure at the Art Counter with help if required. June will feature Fans and Wheels.
The Grand Marais Farmer’s Market is held on Thursdays from 4:30 to 6 pm at the Cook County Community Center Parking Lot.
The Finland Farmers Market is held on Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 pm at the Clair Nelson Center pavilions.
The Johnson Heritage Post Art Gallery presents Natural Gestures, a solo exhibition by Emily Donovan. An opening reception will be held on Friday, June 19, from 5 to 7 pm, featuring an artist talk at 6 pm exploring Donovan’s natural dyeing process.
The annual Lutsen Rummage Sale will be held on Saturday, June 20, from 9 am to 2 pm, at the Lutsen Lutheran Church. Sale proceeds benefit North Point Youth Center, Care Partners of Cook County, and Lutsen Lutheran Church.
