Water Quality Presentation Series by the Cook County Soil & Water Conservation District

This summer,  Cook County Soil and Water Conservation District and Chik-Wauk Museum & Nature Center will present programs exploring the connection between forests, shorelines, and clean water in the Rainy River Headwaters.
The Wonders of Watersheds – A children’s program with storytelling, games, and outdoor activities about protecting drinking water will be held on Sunday, July 26, at Chik-Wauk. The one-hour program is for children of all ages, featuring storytelling, games, and outdoor activities.

As You Like It

The Grand Marais Playhouse presents As You Like it, a Musical Adaptation of Shakespeare’s As You Like it. Performances this week are Friday at 7 pm and Sunday at 2 pm at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts. Friday will be an ASL Interpreted Performance.
